How law works

This will be a full explanation of how law works. However it is quite brief at this moment in time.

The Master is the top judge, he or she is assigned to hear the most difficult cases. They have absolute power, they can even alter decisions made by the area judge. They can fine, make outlaw in areas or globlally, sentence them to the stocks, or even to death.

The Area judge decides cases on a local basis. They fine locally, and make outlaw locally. Residents of the area the judge presides in are invited to hunt their local outlaws.

Justice is fully communicating, each judge knows what cases each other judge has to deal with. Each courthouse displays a list of outlaws for the world, unpaid fines, the judges of the world, and a list of people that are unknown to the courthouse, because people made unclear accusations.

The judge in each area can fine you. So can the Master. The only way to remove these fines is by paying them off. You cannot plead to a judge, once you have been fined.

Outlaws can be made outlaw in between one or all areas. Citizens of a specific region are invited to hunt down their regions outlaws, though the Master will have to make a ruling on this. There is a minimum bounty of 10 platinum coins per outlaw per area, so a global outlaw would have a 60 platinum price on their head. Once the outlaw is killed, the bounty is awarded, and thats the end of it - for all areas.

You accuse in the accusation chambers, and you can pay off fines in courtroom entrances, except for the Padorn Courthouse, where you have to use the Cash Office in the chapter house.

The system should be intuitive, this is only a brief guide.
