About Attacking Foreign Guilds
It is absolutely forbidden to attack or invade foreign guilds. Nevertheless
such an action is not in any case punishable by the court.
§1 About the Outer Rooms of a Guild ::top
The outer rooms of a guild are all rooms of that guild which are not behind
one of the guild's guildguards. Thus a room where a guildguard can be found
usually is considered as an outer room, too.
Generally anyone is allowed to enter a guild's outer rooms. An exception are
declared enemies of the guild in question. They may immediately be attacked
by any guildmember without giving any warning when entering any of the
guild's rooms. The law about guildattacks will be applied here (see section
#3 for details).
Furthermore any guildmember may ask any present non guildmember to leave any
outer room at once. No reasons have to be given for such a demand. If the
non guildmember does not obey in an appropriate amount of time, his/her
continual presence may be estimated as an guildattack. Thus the law about
guildattacks will be applied here (see section #3 for details).
§2 About the Inner Rooms of a Guild ::top
The inner rooms of a guild are all rooms of that guild which are behind any
one of the guild's guildguards.
Only the members of the guild in question are allowed to enter here.
Non guildmembers are only allowed to enter, if they have been invited by a
leaderranked member of the guild. To make sure that there is an invitation,
they have to be in a team with the inviting leaderranked member.
Non guildmembers who are found in the inner rooms without being invited may
be estimated as intruders and therefore be attacked at once and without
giving any warning. The law about guildattacks will be applied here (see
section #3 for details).
§3 About Guildattacks ::top
Generally there are four main reasons to estimate the actions or presence of
a non guildmember (intruder) as a guildattack.
- He/She attacks a protected guildguard.
- He/She enters (invades) the inner rooms of a foreign guild without
the clearly given invitation of a leaderranked member of the guild
in question (see §2, too).
- He/She does not leave the outer rooms of a foreign guild immediately
after being ordered to do so by a member of the guild in question
(see §1, too).
- He/She is a declared enemy of the guild in question and is found
inside any of the guild's rooms (see §1, too).
If a guildattack has been started by an intruder, any member of the attacked
guild may immediately attack the intruder without giving any warning.
The attacked guild may also call for help upon their friends. Some important
rules have to be observed in such a case.
- Only leaderranked members of the attacked guild may call for
additional help.
- Anyone may be called for help, except declared enemies of the guild.
- Friends being called for help are not allowed to immediately attack
the intruder. They have to join a team lead by a leaderranked member
of the attacked guild first.
- Friends teaming with a leaderranked member of the attacked guild are
treated by law as being guildmembers as long as they are defending
the guild in question.
If the intruder dies during the fight, his/her whole inventory may be taken
as a reward. If any of the defenders (which includes friends teaming with a
leaderranked member of the attacked guild) dies, he/she is free to make an
accusation of playerkill at the court.
If the intruder quits the fight and runs away, he/she may only be hunted as
long as he/she is driven out of all the guildrooms of the attacked guild.
§4 About Rassgarma ::top
Any trial to get hold of Rassgarma, especially any attempt to weaken the
holy sphere that is protecting the claw, may be considered as a guildattack
by the Priests of Rokoon.
§5 About Stormbringer ::top
Any trial to get hold of Stormbringer may be considered as a guildattack by
the Satais.
