About Outlawship
§1 About Becoming an Outlaw ::top
Any person, who is an extrem danger to society or a ruthless criminal never
showing any remorse about his/her crimes, may be declared outlaw for that.
Examples for being an extrem danger to society are excessive kills of
innocent persons or numerous robberies on citizens of Xyllomer or shops as
well.
Attacking a member of the court being on duty or commiting any crime inside
the courthouse will cause an immediate declaration of outlawship.
Furthermore the court may declare outlawship, if formerly set punishments,
like fines for example, did not succeed in changing the criminals mind and
behaviour.
Usually the court will set a bounty on the head of any newly declared
outlaw. This bounty will be paid at the courthouse. It will be handed to the
first person who succeeds in killing the outlaw (if it has been a team, its
leader has to ask for the bounty).
§2 About Being an Outlaw ::top
A current outlaw does not have any rights at all. He/She may be harmed and
even killed by any other citizen of Xyllomer without being allowed to make
an accusation about it.
A current outlaw does not have the right to vote for the judge, nor does
he/she have the right to apply himself/herself.
§3 About Teaming with Outlaws ::top
Anyone teaming with an outlaw is instantly loosing all his/her rights about
making accusations at the court for crimes commited to him/her as long as
he/she is in that team.
Commiting severe crimes while teaming with an outlaw will cause an immediate
declaration of outlawship for all team members.
§4 About Being Resocialized ::top
A current outlaw has to contact the judge and ask him/her for
resocialization. The outlaw should give good reasons for his/her request.
Nevertheless the judge is free to decline any request without giving reasons
by himself/herself.
