About the Various Religions and their Holy Places

1 About Attacking and Violating Shrines

It is absolutely forbidden to attack any priest guarding a shrine or to violate any unguarded shrine, no matter which deity the shrine is dedicated to.

If a shrine is under attack or going to be violated, any worshipper of the deity this shrine is dedicated to may without giving any warning attack the attacker or violater by any means.

If the attacker or violater dies during the fight, it is absolutely forbidden for the defender of the shrine to take any of the attacker's items. Mind that theft is nothing to be done at sacred places. But if the defender dies, he/she is free to make an accusation of playerkill at the court.

If the attacker quits the fight and runs away, he/she may not be hunted beyond the shrine's rooms. The only exception to this rule are those shrines situated at guildprotected ground of the Priests of Rokoon and the Priests of Huitzilopochtli.

2 About Violating the Fundamental Beliefs of a Ghost    ::top

It is absolutely forbidden to violate a ghost's fundamental beliefs by resurrecting him/her before he/she has given his/her clear okay.

If a ghost decides to stay in his/her current state and wait for a priest of his/her own deity (or of another deity he/she likes better as well), this has to be respected at any rate.

Violating this law will cause a basic fine of 25 platinum coins payable to the City of Padorn and a further fine of 5 platinum coins payable to the former ghost.

Arim, Judge of Padorn
